"If i could give 0 stars I would. This office wasn't even capable of making a simple address change. They can't keep records and won't care about you as long as they get their money. Took them over 6 months to get the polices right and then wouldn't even refund the over charge. They only did partial refund. Did change it up couple stars as Derek did reach out and made things right. Everything was good until I bought new truck. It was a simple addition to my policy but I guess was not that simple. The office added it to wrong account and turns out they suspended my payment and call me a week later to let me know. Now have to spend more of my time to get things right again and not to mention pay two months at once. I should be able to call and deal with anyone in this office but that's not the case. Do not trust this office to get anything right they are not capable of it. So once again if I could give 0 stars I would we will see if Derek can make things right again. April dose a great job to make sure the policies are right and gets things done as soon as you call into the office."
