"I was switched to this agent after being with another agent for 30 years, Derek seems to be busy and unavailable, However I do like state farm insurance. Never had a claim with this agent so I don't know if there easy to talk or deal with when u do need to claim loss or accident, I had 3 homes and 1 vehicle insured, My old agent was like an old friend."

"I had the pleasure of meeting Cara with Derek Bell’s office today and she was absolutely wonderful to work with! I happened to call right at the end of the work day, but she didn’t rush at all; she took time to explain everything to me thoroughly, asked thoughtful questions and was detail oriented. On top of that, she was super personable, kind & caring. Even though she was probably ready to go home for the day, she took extra time to find several discounts for me that I didn’t currently have, and even took time to answer my multitude of questions with no hurry at all. "Yes the staff are friendly.. But, we have had State Farm for years with no claims. We filed a claim in July 2023 and they have done nothing but pass the buck. After three separate contractors say we need to replace our roof due to hail damage, State Farms has done nothing. Now we have received a notice that State Farm is raising our rates. Why pay for insurance if your property is not insured. With the premiums we have paid State Farm over the years, we could have replaced our roof more than once. It's becoming very apparent that we will have to be out of pocket for our roof repairs or replacement. We have had all of our property and vehicles insured by State Farm, with no accidents or claims. Now we are treated like this? After several months of waiting, and several storms later, still nothing from State Farm. Nothing but increased rates. Well, after speaking with several family members and friends, we have learned that we are not alone."
